Avakai hot sauce

Ava • kai
In Teluga, Ava refers to mustard, while Kai or Kaya means unripe fruits or vegetables. Together, Avakai describes the traditional process of pickling unripe (often sour) produce with mustard and other flavorful, heat-infused ingredients.
Avakai hot sauce is inspired by this bold, time-honored pickling tradition.
The taste and consistency are incredible! The flavor lingers but doesn't build too much. I'm a huge fan!
